Before working with Violet, you must read and agree to all terms in the TOS. If you are not comfortable with any part of it, please consider working with other artist.
★ GENERAL INFO
Artwork Rights: As the artist, I may display it on other platforms with proper credit to the client.Completion Time: Please note, I balance art with a full-time job, so commissions may take some time to complete. Rest assured, all deadlines will be met. but i won't take expedited delivery requests.Additional Fees: Complex designs, or commercial use will incur extra charges.Client Expectations: I'm willing to work with clients who understand and value the time and dedication that go into creating each piece.
★ PAYMENT
- Commission will start once full payment is made upfront- Refunds are NOT available. Especially after commissioned artwork is done.
★ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- COMMISSION will take 3-4week to finish. And it will be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.
If you need the commission completed sooner, i'm afraid i won't take expedited delivery requests.- BUT estimated completion time may change based on complexity and current workload. in that case i will let know soon as possible.
★ WORK PROGRESS
- After COMMISSION starts, client will receive an initial sketch to approve. Major changes such as adjustments to the pose, expression, or design can be requested at this stage. Free revisions maximum 3 times.- Once the final artwork is completed, I will only make minor revisions for missed details or corrections, not for major changes.- Major changes after final artwork will incur extra charges.-I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission if there are any delays or changes.
★ USAGE RIGHTS
Personal Use Only: The commissioned artwork is for your personal use, which includes non-commercial projects.
Commercial Use: If you require commercial rights (for merchandise, advertising, etc.), the fee will be 3 times the usual price.

If I find that a commission intended for personal use is being used for commercial purposes without proper licensing, it will be considered a copyright infringement.

- Real life humans
I no longer accept commissions to draw real life individuals (e.g., clients or their loved ones) due to past experiences. I appreciate your respect for this decision.
- Old characters
- Furry
- Extreme body types (those leaning towards fetish designs)
- Minors or minors in adult versions/situations
- Realism
